Acetyl L-Carnitine Arginate – 168 mg, Magnesium Malate (15% ionic Mg) – 112 mg, vegetable capsule (Hypromellose).

How to use:

Adults: 3-6 capsules per day, 1-2 capsules each after the main meals or before episodes of physical effort, with a sufficient amount of liquid, in courses of maximum 3 months. After a break of 1 month, the treatment can be resumed.
