Gluten-free organic coconut flour 250g FIVE TRANSFORMATIONS
Coconut flour is dried and ground coconut pulp from which the oil has been previously pressed.
Coconut flour can be used:
- as an ingredient for baking cakes and cookies, bread, pancakes, sponge cake, etc.,
- as a thickener for soups and sauces, yogurts, ice cream, milk and fruit cocktails,
- as a coating, topping for dishes and desserts and as an addition to muesli,
- in Asian and Indian cuisine
The flour can be consumed by people sensitive to gluten and other food allergies, diabetics, vegans and vegetarians.
