Of the more than 220 known species of lactobacilli, only eight are adapted to the vaginal environment (they are naturally "domestic"). Three types of vaginal lactobacilli are the so-called "dominants" (meaning they make up more than 90% of the healthy vaginal microbiome). The most suitable "dominator" (from the point of view of protecting the vaginal mucosa from infection with viruses or bacteria) is the Lactobacillus crispatus species.

Dosage

Method of administration: 1-2 capsules per day during meals.
