Properties:

Mode of administration:
Consume 1-3 gels per hour to get about 60 grams of easily digestible carbohydrates.
Given the importance of hydration, SiS Isotonic Gels can be used in conjunction with SiS Hydration Tablets or SiS Electrolyte Energy Drinks to create the right combination of energy and hydration during exercise.
