Description:

The procedure of rinsing the nose and sinuses causes the accumulated secretions to thin out, clearing the nose and sinuses of accumulated mucus. Gargarin SINUS solution cleans the nose and sinuses of bacteria, viruses, allergens and dust, while moisturizing the mucous membrane. This treatment protects the respiratory tract against infections.

Indications:

inflammation of the paranasal sinuses, rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, after exposure to allergens (plant pollen, dust, feathers, pet hair), before and after surgery on the nose and sinuses, prophylactic to maintain the hygiene of the nose and sinuses and for cleaning the nose and sinuses after contact with air containing high concentrations of dust.

Contraindications:

Completely blocked nose, ear infection or congestion. After ear surgery, consult your doctor before use. In children, use should be consulted with a doctor. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to sodium chloride. Do not use after the expiration date. Do not use unboiled water for rinsing.

How to use:

Pour 1 sachet (isotonic solution) or 2 sachets (hypertonic solution) into the included basic kit.

Fill the bottle with water that has been boiled and cooled to body temperature. The amount of water must match the marked line of 240 ml.

Close the vial and cover the opening with your finger, mix well until the contents of the sachet dissolve.

Lean slightly over the sink, put the bottle in one of the nostrils and breathe freely through the mouth.

throw the bottle in a calm, smooth motion. The solution will be put into the nose and then out through the second nasal solution. Half of the contents of the bottle should be used to rinse one nostril.

Then repeat the rinse for the other nostril with the remaining solution. Discard any unused amount of solution.

After rinsing, blow gently into the eyes and nose. Do not swallow the solution if it gets in your throat.

After rinsing your nose and sinuses with the Gargarin bottle and cap, rinse your sinuses and allow them to dry.
