Description
Gardimax ® Medica Spray is an aerosol medicine for use in the oral cavity. The medicine is indicated symptomatically for the relief of pain caused by inflammation or irritation of the mouth and throat . Due to its form , the drug can be used in children from 2.5 years and adults.
Gardimax ® Medica throat spray (20 mg + 5 mg)/10 ml, 30 ml
Gardimax ® Medica sore throat spray contains two active substances: chlorhexidine digluconate ( Chlorhexidini digluconatis solutio ) and lidocaine hydrochloride ( Lidocaini hydrochloridum ) in appropriately selected doses.
- Lidocaine hydrochloride is a local anesthetic from the amide group with a surface anesthetic effect without disturbing the speed of conduction of nerve impulses at the site of application.
- Chlorhexidine has antibacterial properties. Streptococcus mutans and Streptococcus salivarius , i.e. streptococci, are particularly sensitive to chlorhexidine.
Aerosol for local use in the oral cavity Gardimax ® Medica Spray (20 mg + 5 mg)/10 ml does not contain sugar and can be used by diabetics. The 30 ml package is equipped with a convenient applicator that facilitates precise dosing of the drug.
