I haven't started taking them yet because I have other pills for another 30 days or so, I admit, I was in a bit of a hurry, but that doesn't mean they aren't good. This batch is the fourth of all that I have ordered. The others were Russian and Indian and they helped me a lot, although I was skeptical at first. I expect good results from the latter too.
