I have been using Bach flower remedies for a very long time. In my opinion and from my direct experience they are very effective for the emotions for which they were created. It is necessary to identify the emotions that cause me problems and then find the right remedy (or there are specialists who help at this stage).
At least in my experience I have not come across another product that responds so well to the natural emotions that run through us in today's very hectic life. I have not gone near the chemical variants, nor do I want to. These flower-based ones are very effective.
I highly recommend this natural way of mastering emotions.
I am also pleased with the distribution, the order came promptly.
