Administration method:
- it is recommended to take two tablets a day, to be swallowed without chewing or breaking.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not consume after the expiry date. The expiration date refers to the product in unopened and properly stored packaging. Store in a cool (<25 °C) and dry place. The product contains α-lipoic acid, therefore, it can lower blood sugar levels.
