Description
Edulcorem Erytriol Organic Linea, 500 g, Remedia
Properties:
- erythritol is the first natural polyol, obtained from corn or brewer's yeast, through a patented process of natural fermentation, with the help of non-pathogenic microorganisms Moniliella pollinis;
- the fermented product is filtered and recrystallized, resulting in a very pure ingredient, similar in appearance and taste to sugar;
- does not cause cavities, contributes to the mineralization of teeth and is a good antioxidant;
- E=is stable when baking, boiling, freezing;
- without calories and glycemic index; the sweetening power is 70% of that of sugar, (7-8 g of erythritol is equivalent to a teaspoon of sugar;

Way of ussage:
