Description
Eco by Naty eco-friendly tampons look and work like traditional tampons, but unlike them, they are made from eco-friendly plant-based and compostable materials. The absorbent core, backsheet, topsheet and adhesive backing are fully biodegradable to ASTM D6400. The adhesive used (2.14%) is safe and based on SBS and SEBS. Moreover, the outer layer is made of 100% certified organic cotton.
Eco by Naty pads with wings let air through and allow the skin to breathe. They do not contain plastic materials and synthetic fibers. They do not contain chemicals that could irritate women's sensitive intimate areas. They are not bleached with chlorine. Their composition does not contain perfumes, plastic and genetically modified ingredients.
Eco by Naty tampons in Super size are thin and discreet. They have wings that provide additional protection against dirt. Their absorbency is rated 4 on a 5-point scale. Can be used by vegans.
Eco by Naty ecological sanitary pads are certified by TÜV Austria. TÜV Austria is an international, independent certification body that guarantees the renewal of raw materials and is one of the few certification bodies in the world that applies both European and North American standards. It is an approved vegan product, certified by DIN CERTCO (seedling mark), which confirms that the packaging is biodegradable and compostable. Moreover, the bio-based nature of the raw materials is confirmed by the OK Biobased mark awarded by Tüv Austria.
