Description
The ground flax from the Apteczny Herbarium was produced from a carefully selected variety of golden flax, rich in fiber, protein and mucous substances that cover the digestive tract. Double deoiled flax with low energy value is easily digestible and intended for immediate consumption or as an addition to dishes. In grinding:
- supports the proper functioning of the digestive system, including the intestines and stomach (linnans from flax),
- supports proper intestinal peristalsis,
- supports correct digestion and contributes to maintaining digestive comfort,
- helps to maintain the feeling of satiety and helps to reduce the amount of calories consumed,
- supports proper body weight control.
The beneficial effect resulting from the declared action occurs when consuming 15 g of flax per day (3 full teaspoons), which contains 1.5 g of fiber.
