Ingredients
Demineralized water; emulsifier: vegetable glycerol; hydroglyceric extract of birch leaves (Betula pendula Roth), flavoring, concentrated juice of blueberry fruit (Vaccinium myrtillus L.), dry extract of pineapple stems [Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.] titrated at 0.3% in bromelain, dry extract of cherry stems (Prunus cerasus sin. Cerasus vulgaris Mill.), hydroglyceric extract of pennywort aerial parts [Centella asiatica (L.) Urb. sin. Hydrocotyle asiatica L.]; thickener: guar gum; coloring: sulphite ammonium caramel; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; acidity regulator: citric acid.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
1 to 2 sticks per day.
Dilute each stick in at least 500 ml of water, shake and drink throughout the day, preferably away from meals.
