Important!

The amount of vitamin D3 supplemented should be properly selected so that its blood 25 (OH) level is from 50 ng/ml to 70 ng/ml. The level of metabolite 25 (OH) should be checked every 2 months, especially during the first months of supplementation.

Intended use of the product

The product is especially recommended for adults between October and March, as well as in the summer months when it is impossible to ensure sufficient skin synthesis activity by spending time in the sun.

Ingredients: active substance: cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) (2000 IU), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide (colloidal silica), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell). How to use: 1 tablet per day at mealtime. Drink enough fluids.

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule (2,000 IU = 1000.00% of the reference intake value)

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used by pregnant women, nursing women and children without medical consultation. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. We recommend a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Protect from light, store at room temperature, in a dry place, out of the reach of small children.

It does not contain milk proteins, milk sugar, gluten, yeast, dyes or sweeteners. For diabetics: Do not include carbohydrate exchangers. Do not administer to children under 11 years of age.
