Goat colostrum is collected within the first 18 hours after birth and has similar properties to cow colostrum ( Colostrum bovinum ). The gentle freeze-drying process guarantees the high quality of the final product with maximum value and its high bioavailability. Importantly, the proteins and fat globules of goats are smaller than those of cows, which is why goat colostrum is very well tolerated. Due to this fact, it is considered a hypoallergenic product, which can be a valuable alternative for people who have problems digesting cow's milk proteins.
