Way of ussage:
Shake well before each use to homogenize the two phases. Hold a cotton pad soaked in lotion over each closed eye. Gently dab the cotton pad on the lid for 10 seconds to thoroughly dissolve the eyeshadow, then wipe the lashes without rubbing, from root to tip.
