Properties:

• It is a version of ColonHelp, in which, in addition to fibers (flax, psyllium), inulin was added for the prebiotic effect and a probiotic complex, in a concentration of 3 billion CFU (colony formers)/dosing spoon.
• Probiotics contain cultures of live and active micro-organisms, which transit the entire digestive tract, colonizing the large intestine with bifidobacteria and lactobacilli and resulting in the creation of an unfavorable environment for the development of pathogens.

Ingredients:

• Flax seeds for stimulating digestion and draining residues from the colon.
• Psyllium bran for removing toxins and lowering cholesterol.
• Inulin is a soluble fiber useful, among other things, in regulating blood sugar.
• Mint leaves stimulate digestion, have an antibiotic effect and fight nausea.
• Anise fruit stimulates intestinal peristalsis and digestive secretions and is a nervous tonic.
• Cumin fruits to eliminate intestinal gases.
• Fennel fruits have antiseptic, antispasmodic and carminative properties.
• Clay for binding toxins and eliminating them.
• Probiotic cultures 0.75% (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus bulgaricus) to restore the intestinal flora.

Administration method:

• Usual doses: Children over 12 years and adults: 1-2 measuring spoons per day (8-16 g); maximum dose: 3 teaspoons per day (24 g).
• The product is administered in detoxification and restoration of the intestinal flora, for 1-3 months, once or twice a year. Start the treatment with one measuring spoon per day, then gradually increase the consumption until the optimal tolerated dose. The product is administered mixed with 200 ml of fermented dairy products (yoghurt, breast milk, whipped milk) - for maximum effects, and in their absence with water or fruit juice. Do not consume the product as such, without liquids, because you can drown!
