- protects areas near the animal against the development of flea larvae for 8 months;
- can be used as part of a treatment strategy to control flea allergy dermatitis (FAD), when it has been previously diagnosed by a veterinarian;
- prevention of reinfestation with ticks (Ixodes ricinus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus) through acaricidal (killing) and repellent (anti-feeding) effects from 2 days to 8 months;
- prevention of tick reinfestation (Dermacentor reticulatus) through acaricidal (killing) effect from 2 days to 8 months. It is effective against larvae, nymphs and adult ticks;
- reducing the risk of transmission of the pathogens Babesia canis vogeli and Ehrlichia canis, thus reducing the risk of canine babesiosis and canine ehrlichiosis for 7 months, through acaricidal and repellent effects on the tick vector Rhipicephalus sanguineus;
- the effect is indirect, due to the action of the product on the vector;
- reducing the risk of transmission of the pathogen Leishmania infantum for up to 8 months, thus reducing the risk of canine leishmaniasis, through repellent activity on sandflies;
- the effect is indirect, due to the action of the product on the vectors;
- treatment of infestation with mange lice (Trichodectes canis);
- collar length 70 cm.

Cutaneous administration.
One collar per animal, to be fastened around the neck.
For external use only.
Remove the collar from the protective envelope immediately before use.
Unfold the collar and make sure there is no residue left from the plastic connectors inside the collar.
Adjust the collar around the animal's neck, without tightening it too tightly.
As a guideline, it should be possible to insert two fingers between the collar and the neck.
Pull the excess end of the collar between the first and second loops and cut off any portion that exceeds 2 cm.
Immediately remove any debris or cut pieces from the collar.
The collar must be worn continuously for the entire 8-month protection period and must be removed after this treatment period.
Check the collar periodically and adjust if necessary, especially for puppies that grow quickly.

Flumethrin, Imidacloprid.

Ticks already present on the cat before treatment may not be killed within 48 hours of collar application and may remain attached and visible. It is therefore recommended that ticks already present on the cat be removed at the time of collar application. If you are unsure how to safely remove ticks from your pet, seek professional advice. Prevention of new tick infestation begins two days after collar application.
Ticks will be killed and fall off the host within 24 to 48 hours of infestation, usually without having fed on blood. However, the attachment of individual ticks after treatment cannot be ruled out. For this reason, the transmission of infectious diseases by ticks cannot be completely ruled out if conditions are unfavourable.
Unnecessary use of antiparasitics or use outside the instructions in the SPC may increase the selection pressure for resistance and may lead to reduced efficacy. The decision to use the product should be based on confirmation of the parasitic species and the degree of infestation or the risk of infestation, depending on the epidemiological characteristics, for each individual case.
Use of this product should take into account local information on the susceptibility of target parasites, where available.
In the absence of the risk of co-infestation with fleas, ticks and lice, a narrower spectrum product should be used.
Ideally, the collar should be applied before the start of flea or tick season.
As with all long-acting topical products, periods of excessive seasonal shedding may lead to a slight temporary reduction in efficacy due to the loss of portions of the active substances bound to the hairs. Renewal of the active substances in the collar begins immediately, so full efficacy will be restored without the need for additional treatment or collar replacement.
For optimal control of flea infestations in heavily infested households, it may be necessary to treat the environment with an appropriate insecticide.
Fleas can infest pet beds, sleeping areas, and common resting areas such as carpets and sofas. In the event of a heavy infestation, these areas should be treated with an appropriate insecticide and vacuumed regularly.
The possibility that other animals in the same household may be a source of reinfestation with fleas, ticks or lice should be considered, and these should be treated appropriately, if necessary, with an appropriate product.
The veterinary medicinal product is water resistant; it remains effective if the animal gets wet. However, prolonged and intense exposure to water or frequent shampooing should be avoided as the duration of action may be reduced.
