Description
Coldact Sinus 500mg/30mg, 20 film-coated tablets, Terapia
Coldact Sinus 500mg/30mg, 20 tablets, Terapia is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of pain of mild-moderate intensity, febrile conditions, congestion of the nasal mucosa and nasal hypersecretion.
Properties:
- It has well-known analgesic and antipyretic properties, by inhibiting cyclooxygenase.
- It is considered that the analgesic and antipyretic action of paracetamol is determined by the inhibition of prostaglandin biosynthesis in the central nervous system.
- The analgesic and antipyretic effect is maximal at 1-3 hours and lasts 3-4 hours after administration.
- Pseudoephedrine is a sympathomimetic drug with alpha-agonist action and acts as a nasal decongestant.
- Pseudoephedrine stimulates alpha-adrenergic receptors at the level of vascular smooth muscles, the constriction of dilated arterioles at the level of the nasal mucosa and reduces blood flow to the congested area.
Indications:
For symptomatic treatment:
- of pain of mild-moderate intensity (headache, sore throat, sinus pain);
- of febrile states;
- of congestion of the nasal mucosa and nasal hypersecretion.
Composition:
- Paracetamol 500 mg
- Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30 mg
Administration method:
- Adults (including the elderly) and adolescents over 12 years: 2 cpr. filmed a maximum of 3 times/day, as needed, to improve symptoms.
Unlike other cold and flu products, Coldact Sinus does not affect the ability to drive or use machines. !!
