Use
1) Use Phyto-caffeine shampoo to wash your hair and leave it on for 2 minutes - from application to rinsing. 2) Use phyto-caffeine tonic on days you don't wash your hair with caffeine shampoo. Massage the tonic into the scalp and let it dry. Do not rinse!
