Description
Organic Cereal from Spelled wheat, +6 months, 250 g, Holle Baby Food
Ingredients:
spelled whole wheat flour*, vitamin B1.
*from bio-dynamic agriculture.
Contains gluten.
No added sugar.
Contains no egg or dairy products.
Method of preparation:
Standard preparation: Prepare approximately 170ml of formula milk according to the directions on the formula milk packet. Pour the warm milk obtained (50°) into a bowl and add 3-4 teaspoons (about 18g) of Organic Spelled Wheat Puree. Stir and allow to cool to about 37°C.
Preparation with milk formula 2: Boil 150ml of fresh water and let it cool to about 50°C. Pour into a bowl and add 5 measures of Holle Formula milk. Mix with 3-4 teaspoons (about 18g) of Organic Spelled Wheat Puree. You can also use Holle Milk Formula 3, depending on the age of your baby.
- Puree without milk: Boil 200ml of water and let it cool to about 50°C. Pour the water into a bowl and add 5 teaspoons of Organic Spelled Wheat Puree.
- Alternatively, you can prepare the fruit puree from 70 ml of hot water, 2 spoons of Bio Spelled Wheat Puree and 100g of Holle fruit puree or fresh fruit puree such as apples, pears or bananas.
- Preparation with fresh milk (according to European recommendations): Boil 100ml of water together with 100ml of whole milk and let it cool down to about 50°C. Pour into a bowl and add 5 teaspoons of Organic Spelled Wheat Puree (approx. 25g). Stir and allow to cool to about 37°C.

- Carbohydrates 67.5g (of which: Sugar 0.7g; Starch 56.3);
- Fats 3.2g (of which: Saturated 0.7g);
- Fiber 8.7g;
- Sodium 0.002g;
- Vitamin B1 1.20mg.
Important notices:
- To avoid the danger of overheating, do not heat milk in the microwave!
- When preparing the puree with milk and water, or without milk, it is recommended to add 1-2 teaspoons of edible oil to enrich the puree with important fatty acids.
