Green barley contains large amounts of fiber. In addition, the Aliness brand preparation is enriched with completely soluble acacia fiber .
Young barley contains:

Young barley juice powder contains up to 10 times more nutrients than the ground plant. It also has a much higher bioavailability , so it is better used by the body.
Ingredients : Juice powder from young shoots of barley (Hordeum Vulgare L), acacia fibers (FIBREGUM)
Recommended daily dose : dissolve 1 or 2 level teaspoons of powder in warm water, fruit juice or yogurt, mix and drink before meals.
