- Black elder ( Sambucus nigra ) naturally supports the proper functioning of the immune system.
- Lime ( Tilia cordata Mill.) helps maintain respiratory health. It has a soothing effect on the mouth, throat and vocal cords, providing relief from tickling in the throat.
- Mullein ( Verbascum thapsiforme ) supports throat and respiratory health.
- Chamomile ( Matricaria chamomilla ) naturally helps maintain respiratory health.
- Iceland lichen ( Cetraria islandica ) has a calming effect on the mouth, throat and vocal cords, bringing relief in case of throat irritation.
