Norwegian formula specially designed to help maintain the health and quality of the skeletal system and support the architecture and functionality of bones and joints.

Action:
MenaQ7® – Vitamin K2 MK-7:
- activates Osteocalcin, the non-collagenous protein present in the bone matrix and dentin, with an essential role in bone mineralization by fixing calcium ions in bone trabeculae;
- increases the bone mineral content and strengthens the bone;
- increases bone mineral density;
- maintains bone microarchitecture;
- optimizes the use and allows avoiding overdose of calcium in the body;
Calcium:
- maintains the health of the bone system and teeth;
Vitamin D3:
- contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus;
- contributes to maintaining the normal concentration of calcium in the blood and maintaining the health of the bone system and teeth;
- strengthens the immune system;
Boron:
- bioactive micronutrient stored mainly in bones;
- increases the serum concentration of vitamin D;
- role in optimal calcium metabolism, regulating the function of the parathyroid glands;
- decreases the severity of chronic inflammatory stress from osteoarthritis;
BONEXIO® K2+BORON is ideal for:
- pre- and postmenopausal women, to preserve bone mineral content and density, thus protecting the most vulnerable bone structures (vertebrae, hip) from fracture;
- men, for increasing the density and reducing the resorption of bone mass starting from the 3rd decade of life, thus improving bone strength;
- situations that require an increased intake of calcium, vitamin K2-MenaQ7® allowing to optimize the use of calcium in the body and avoid overdose with this mineral;

Administration method:
Adolescents, adults and the elderly:
1-2 film-coated tablets per day, orally, preferably during meals, or as recommended by the specialist health consultant.
It is recommended to take at least 6 months for optimal results. There is no risk of overdose.
Do not use in children under 3 years of age.

Precautions:
- In the case of the simultaneous use of any product containing vitamin K2 with oral anticoagulant medication (eg warfarin), the specialist health consultant will consider the possibility / necessity of adjusting the doses, although no significant risks have been recorded in this regard ;
- Not to be used by people with hypercalcemia;
- Do not use in children under 3 years of age.
