Recommended dose

Mix 1 dose (28 g = 1 level measuring spoon = 2 full spoons) of the preparation with 250 ml of water. On training days, take at least 2 doses, 1 dose within 45 minutes after training and 1 dose between main meals. When not training, take 1 dose in the morning and 1 dose in the afternoon. Use a blender or shaker for optimal solubility.
