Organic barley is made from hulled and polished barley grains. It is a perfect addition to meat and vegetarian dishes. We also recommend it for soups, casseroles, stews or goulash.

METHOD OF PREPARATION The previously rinsed barley is boiled in water with salt in a ratio of 1:3 (1 portion of barley to 3 portions of water) on low heat for about 20 minutes.
