Description
These drops contain B12 in the bioactive forms methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin:
- B12 in drops for the best absorption and dosage!
- An essential B vitamin that contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and mental activity

Dosage:
- 1 drop per day under the tongue (one drop on a teaspoon, then in the mouth), between meals
- Shake before use
- 1 drop contains: 83.3 µg of vitamin B12 or 3333.3% of the reference intake value. You need 3 drops to reach 250 µg
- The package then contains 86 of these doses
