Duopack consists of 2 products:

Acute spray

The protective plastic bandage creates a waterproof protective layer. A plastic bandage based on acrylate copolymer is used for the rapid treatment of abrasions and small wounds:

• The dressing is insoluble in water
• It prevents the access of microorganisms from the external environment
• It does not prevent the natural sweating of the skin
• The wound remains closed from adverse influences, but the healing process under the plastic layer is ongoing

The preparation is suitable for the treatment of abrasions and minor cuts in the home, gardening, agricultural work or sports. It is particularly suitable for treating injuries resulting from work in a wet or dusty environment where other forms of dressings fail.

Warning : Not used for covering wounds with massive bleeding!

Akutol Stop spray - bleeding "stopper" with herbal ingredients

• The active ingredient - a mixture of 80% calcium alginate and 20% sodium alginate - creates a mechanical powder layer over the wound. The alginate layer in the injured area absorbs blood and emerging exudates to form a gel-like cooling substance that supports the healing process.
• Chamomile and calendula extracts disinfect the wound and have an anti-inflammatory effect.
• Sea buckthorn oil, aloe vera and jojoba wax support the natural hydration of the injured area and help the healing process.

Use

Akutol Stop spray Shake before use. The container is held vertically with the bottom down. The preparation is applied by spraying on the disinfected place from a distance of 15-20 cm from the body surface. The preparation is applied in a quantity that corresponds to the size of the treated area so that it does not drip from the treated area. (By spraying for 2 seconds, you will apply about 1 g of the preparation, which will treat about 5 cm2 of the lesion.) If necessary, you can repeat the spraying by filling after you have previously lightly cleaned the affected area. It is recommended to use a plastic bandage with Akutol spray to fix the formed hydrogel.

Akutol spray, plastic bandage Shake before use. The container must be kept upright with the bottom down. It is applied by spraying on the place intended for protection from a distance of 15-20 cm. After application, it dries in about 3 minutes; while creating a water-resistant protective layer. The dressing is insoluble in water. The bandage will be removed by itself after 3-4 days (gradually due to the gradual loosening of the plastic layer, its friction during normal activities).
