Product Description:
Anti-Stress helps to reduce stress, with its immense destructive potential on health, it is one of the greatest challenges of modern medicine. Combating it involves several simultaneous actions: reducing anxiety, improving sleep and the ability to relax. The notion of stress was "invented" by the Canadian biochemist, HB Selye. He observed how we react to environmental changes: when we feel aggression, coercion, excessive demand or emotional emptiness, trying to adapt. But this adaptation is rarely smooth. Most of the time, in the early stages of adaptation, the nervous system overreacts. Thus, hormones and neurotransmitters used in defense mechanisms against imminent aggression are released.

Thanks to them, the muscles tense up, the pulse and blood pressure increase, digestion is inhibited, and the metabolism also changes. This is stress. And up to a point, stress is positive because it pushes us towards progress, towards finding solutions and towards self-transformation. But when stress is repeated, over and over again, for months or years, it becomes harmful. Therefore, solutions were sought on several levels to reduce excess stress.

In this context, studies on natural ingredients involved in alleviating stress could not be missing (1). Ingredients have been studied with an action on psycho-emotional tension from the most diverse causes, starting from disappointments in love (2) and going up to meteorological sensitivity. Then there was the question of mitigating the consequences of stress, whether it be the seemingly trivial headaches (3) or the triggering of waves of terrible (4) and generalized emotions. They have also studied the effects of some natural active substances on some effects caused by stress, on the cardiovascular system or on the endocrine system (5).

The ingredients in this product have, according to EFSA (European Food Safety Agency), the following physiological actions:
- Helps support mental and physical relaxation and well-being;
- Helps to improve digestive comfort, in case of temporary stress.

To whom it is addressed:
The product is intended for people exposed to stress factors such as: working in closed spaces, long interaction with electronic terminals such as computer or mobile phone screens, constant exposure to noise and electromagnetic fields. It is also recommended for those who are going through emotionally difficult periods, such as: changing or losing a job, exams, separation from close people, etc.

How to keep the healing support cure:
To support the improvement of conditions caused by stress, close or even maximum doses are used, in addition to the treatment prescribed by the doctor and the diversified diet. The minimum duration of the support belt is 1 month, and the maximum is 3 months. After a break of 14 days, administration can be resumed.

Ingredients:
Romanian polyflora honey from ecological agriculture: 221g; aqueous extract 1:10 of: Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), flowers: 3%, Bitter orange (Citrus aurantium), fruit, peel: 3% and Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), flowers: 1%; Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia), seeds, dry aqueous extract, with min. 30% L- 5-hydroxytryptophan: 0.7%; Italian Bergamot (Citrus bergamia), essential oil: 0.06%; Lemon (Citrus limon), essential oil: 0.06%; Pine (Pinus sylvestris), essential oil: 0.03%; Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), essential oil: 0.01%.

Way of ussage:
1-2 teaspoons each, 2 times a day;
Children 10-14 years: 1-3 teaspoons/day;
Children 14-16 years: 2-4 teaspoons/day;
Adults 4-6 teaspoons/day.

Note: 1 teaspoon is equivalent to approximately 5 ml. product. The product is not swallowed immediately, but is kept in the mouth until it is absorbed, so that the volatile substances exert their action at the level of the middle and upper respiratory tract. In the prevention of disorders caused by stress, especially those associated with more difficult periods, the minimum doses of the product are recommended, which will be taken for 2-4 weeks (depending on the length of the period).

Precautions and contraindications:
Allergy to bee products and any of the product components. Contraindicated to people with fructose intolerance.

Warnings:
Keep out of the reach and sight of small children. Best consumed before: see the date on the packaging. Keep well closed, away from moisture and heat. The product is a beekeeping supplement and should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed recommended dose for daily consumption.
