The pillow can be heated in the microwave or in the normal one. Instructions for use : remove the plastic cover. For heating, opt for one of the following options: heating in the oven - maximum 110 degrees Celsius for 5-10 min, heating in the microwave oven - maximum 350W for 2 min, heating on the radiator - until you consider that it has heated up enough. ATTENTION ! This product is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children without supervision. Before each use, make sure that the product is not opened, thus avoiding the scattering of the kernels inside.
