Internal use:
Adults and young people over 15 years: one teaspoon of tincture diluted in 100ml of water (half a glass) 3-4 times a day, on an empty stomach 30 minutes before meals.
External use:
- To maintain skin health, it is applied to the skin as a poultice as such or diluted (by adding 1-2 teaspoons of tincture to 100 ml of water).
- To maintain hair health, rub the scalp with Bitter 50-with Ganoderma 2-3 times a week.
- To maintain the health of the joints, it is applied externally in the form of compresses, which are kept on the affected area for 1-3 hours. Before administering the product, the local application of a cream with plant extract, clay or resin is recommended.

Contraindications:
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, intolerance to any of the product's components.

Precautions:
