Instructions for use

• Take one sachet daily as a dietary supplement or as directed by your doctor.
• Empty the contents into 200 ml of water and mix.

Not for use by people allergic to fish and shellfish.

1 sachet provides:

• MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) 1500mg
• Glucosamine sulfate 2KCl 845mg equivalent to glucosamine sulfate 500mg
• Chondroitin sulfate 500mg
• L-carnitine fumarate 344 mg equivalent to L-carnitine 200mg
• Hydrolyzed collagen containing at least 60% type II collagen
• 20% chondroitin sulfate
• 10% hyaluronic acid 300mg
• Vitamin C 80mg
