AdaptoHelp Complex is an innovative formula that brings together the best adaptogenic herbs (Bacopa monnieri, Siberian Ginseng, Ashwagandha, Valerian, Rhodiola) with vitamins and minerals (vitamin B6, selenium) that help reduce fatigue and exhaustion. The result is a general tonic product, recommended for adults, the elderly, and children alike.

AdaptoHelp Complex can be used in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The carnitine in the AdaptoHelp Complex formula may help reduce attention deficit and aggressive behavior in boys with ADHD.

Ingredients:

• N-acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride – 150 mg
• Magnesium citrate ¬– 113 mg
• Hydroethanolic extract 50:1 (maltodextrin 10%) from aerial parts of Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri), with 40% bacosides – 100 mg
• Hydroethanolic extract from the root of Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), standardized to 1.5% eleuteurosides B and E – 100 mg
• Ashwagandha/Indian Ginseng (Withania somnifera) root extract, standardized to 5% withanolide – 80 mg
• Hydroethanolic extract of Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), standardized to 0.8% valerian acids ¬– 50 mg
• Hydroethanolic extract of Rhodiola rosea root, standardized to 3% salidrosides and 3% rozavins – 50 mg
• Ethanol-ethyl acetic extract from the root of Turmeric (Curcuma longa), standardized to 95% total curcuminoids - 50 mg
• Selenomethionine – 5 mg
• Vitamin B6/pyridoxine hydrochloride – 2 mg
• Capsule: gelatin.
  

Ingredients/1 capsule:

• 25 mcg selenium, 45% NRV*
• 2 mg vitamin B6, 142% NRV*.

Administration method:

• Adults: 2 capsules 1-2 times a day or as recommended by the specialist
• Children over 7 years: 1 capsule 1-2 times a day
• The product has no restrictions on the duration of administration and is not addictive.
