Description
Citronella essential oil, 10 ml, Zanna [6424842008507]
It is an oil extracted from the leaves of fragrant meadows in Asia and is similar to lemongrass oil. It has multiple properties contributing to the effect: antibacterial, antidepressant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, deodorant, diuretic, fungicidal and tonic.
How to use:
- Inhalations: suitable for treating respiratory problems, colds and preparing the skin for cosmetic treatments. Add 3-4 drops of oil to 1L of boiling water.
- Massage: add 4-6 drops of essential oil to about 10 ml of massage oil.
- Bath: put 4-6 drops of essential oil in 2-3 tablespoons of non-fat milk or carrier oil, then pour into the bath and mix well. The bath will last 10-20 minutes.
- Hot compress: 2 drops for small areas, 6-8 drops for large areas.
- Scented candle (lamp): add 3-5 drops of oil to the warm water in the candle plate and light the candle.
