- the liquid form with spray makes the assimilation of melatonin faster, and the effect is installed in a short time, of about 15 minutes;
- the product is also intended for people with swallowing difficulties, due to the form of administration by spraying.

How to use:
Apply sublingually, between 1 and a maximum of 5 doses, before going to bed. Shake before use to even out the solution.

Active ingredients per dose:
Melatonin 1.26 mg, Vitamin B6 2.04 mg (145.7% NRV).

Precautions:
Consult the doctor in case of use for a period longer than one month. Melatonin can influence the ability to drive vehicles or use machines, in the first 5 hours after administration. Do not exceed the dose for daily consumption. It is not recommended to consume melatonin, associated with alcohol, or other medication with sedative action. If you suffer from one of the following diseases: asthma, cardiovascular diseases, chronic kidney diseases, depression, hormonal diseases, liver diseases, convulsions or migraine, consult your specialist doctor before taking melatonin-based products. Consult your doctor if you are being treated with anticoagulants, anticonvulsants, antihypertensives, immunosuppressants, steroids, sedatives, psychotropics or hypnotics.
The product should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach and sight of small children. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Store in the original packaging, protected from sunlight, in a dry place and at room temperature.
