Canespor solution treats skin fungi. Canespor solution is an effective broad-spectrum antifungal agent with the drug bifonazole, which destroys the causative agents of skin mycosis and also has an anti-inflammatory effect. Canespor solution is a clear, almost colorless liquid . Thanks to its dosage form, it is suitable for application to the skin in areas that easily become inflamed. Canespor solution is applied 1x a day - preferably after evening hygiene just before bedtime - depending on the location for 2-4 weeks.

How to use:

• Canespor solution is applied to the affected areas once a day, preferably in the evening before going to bed.
• A few drops (about 3 drops) are usually enough to treat an area the size of the palm of your hand.
• After application to the affected areas, it is lightly rubbed into the skin.
• Warning: Canespor solution should only be used in infants and children under 3 years of age under regular medical supervision.

Product specifics

Patients with a history of hypersensitivity reactions to other imidazole-derived antifungal agents (e.g. econazole, clotrimazole, miconazole) should use bifonazole-containing products with caution. Patients should avoid contact with the eyes. The product should not be swallowed.

Due to the fact that no clinical data are available, the use of bifonazole is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy as a precautionary measure. Breast-feeding should be discontinued during treatment with bifonazole.
