Massage removes dead skin cells, accelerates metabolism, and stimulates the lymphatic system. Facial brushing also helps eliminate migraines, dizziness, and neuralgia, and stimulates and improves well-being. This is a fantastic treatment that stimulates blood circulation, leaving skin firm, fresh, and nourished.

Product use

Brushing should be performed intuitively, using gentle, rhythmic, and long movements. Facial massage should be interrupted by gentle stroking movements. Always massage from the center outward, moving from the bottom (chin) toward the top (forehead), and ending with a movement that drains lymph to the lymph nodes – moving from the center of the chin, outward along the jawline, and under the ears, down the neck, toward the collarbone. Repeat the entire massage in circular motions.

Massage time depends on individual needs. I recommend 1-2 minutes up to three times a week, and once a week for sensitive and beginner skin. Initially, the skin will appear pink, and you may feel a warming or tingling sensation.

Facial massage with a brush can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Notes and precautions

Massage should not be performed on irritated skin, skin with visible inflammation, acne, psoriasis, wounds, fresh scars, or varicose veins. Avoid moles and birthmarks, and be careful around the eyes. For skin after plastic surgery or invasive dermatological procedures, always follow the instructions of the physician who performed the procedure.
